BOOKING POLICY 

  • All bookings are subject to a non refundable deposit of 50% of the price of the booking. A booking will not be confirmed without the deposit being paid in advance of the booking.

  • In the event that you need to cancel your booking your deposit will be lost, any bookings made thereafter will be subject to a new deposit as above.

  • Bookings made can be rearranged a total of three times up to seven days prior to the booking date. Any appointments that are rearranged with seven days notice or less are subject to the deposit being lost. Bookings cannot be postponed more than a month in advance.

  • Bookings cancelled or rearranged 48 hours or less before the appointment will require 100% of the payment. Any future bookings will be subject to cancellation should full payment not be received.

  • We reserve the right to ask for full payment in advance in some circumstances

  • If you have booked in for a service e.g nail art and decide not to go ahead on the day you will still be charged for the service/time you have requested. Please contact us if you are not sure which service to book in for.

  • If you are more than ten minutes late for your appointment your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost. If you wish to continue with the service a new appointment will need to be made and deposit paid as above. We reserve the right to ask for full payment if you are regularly late for your appointment.

  • Deposits are non transferrable

  • Whilst every effort is made to ensure product ingredients are labelled, there may be trace ingredients (such as latex) that may cause allergies
